Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are ordered specifically based on customer purchases.
Processing Time
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for pre-order items to be received and prepared for shipment.
This timeframe is separate from the shipping transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. USPS transit time begins after the order has shipped.

Cancellations
Pre-orders are subject to our 1-hour cancellation window. After the cancellation window has passed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
Mixed Orders
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will generally ship together once all items are available.
