What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are ordered specifically for customer purchases.
How long do pre-orders take?
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your pre-order to be received and prepared for shipment. Shipping transit time begins after your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders cannot be cancelled.
What happens if I order an in-stock item and a pre-order item together?
Your order will generally ship together once all items are available. This means your in-stock item will be held until the pre-order item is ready.
